It’s granola/bircher muesli (for the Swiss peeps) o’clock! Sharing my fav breakkie with you guys!
Those who know me know that I never eat breakfast on a regular basis. I only have breakfast during holidays -aka when I have time to both sleep in and eat in the morning hahah- and weekends. But when I do eat something in the early morning, here’s what I absolutely LOVE!
You couldn’t find any easier breakfast recipe (actually feel that calling this a recipe is too much hahah cause it’s so simple). Also, I used to cook my own granola, however I didn’t do it this time, but it’s of course even healthier to do so, since you know exactly what’s in.
What you’ll need (1 portion)
- One Greek yoghurt
 - One banana
 - About fifteen fresh raspberries (you can also use frozen ones, but I prefer fresh one if I can find any. If you want fresh fruits, but it’s not red fruits season, just add any other fruit you like!)
 - 2-3 tablespoon of granola
 - 1 tablespoon of liquid honey or maple syrup

How to make it
Well, as said above, there’s nothing easier than this recipe haha. You basically just put the yoghurt in a bowl, then you nicely arrange everything else on top and pour the honey or maple syrup over the fruits! 🙂
Enjoy guys!!!
With luv’ ♡
