Do you love avocado? If yes, be ready for some yumminess!
I’m a real avocado addict, but it became even worst after I tried the avo shake at Joe & The Juice in London haha. And as we don’t have it where I live, I tried to reproduce it at home!
After having posted several times the avo shake I was doing on my Instagram stories and getting many messages in order to get the recipe, I decided to share it here! You’ll see, there’s nothing simpler than this recipe 😉


What you’ll need (1 portion)
- half an avocado
- half a banana
- half a vanilla bean or a mocha spoon of vanilla paste
- 300ml of oat milk or regular milk
- a tablespoon of maple syrup or honey

How to make it
Now, blend everything together! If you feel like it’s too thick – can occur if you had a big avocado – add a bit of milk until you obtain the desired thickness. Then, pour the shake in a glass and decorate with a bit of sugar-free cocoa powder. That’s it! 😉
